Overall a very good trip. Andy did a great job keeping the group together and knows the landscape quite well. His quite and affable attitude was inviting and encouraging and not intimidating which sometimes is the issue when there is so much "ego" in the mountains. I will definitely sign up for another trip with him!
I may say that accommodations was the lowest point of the weekend. The group should have stayed together at the same place for bonding and more interaction, this could have easily been managed by doing early reservations (if not enough people you could ahve cancel 24hrs in advance). After chating with the other group members, I came to the conclusion that the guest house where I stayed was the worst! (from 1 to 10, I give 3!!) Until the next trip!
