Trip Notes - Laid back week, lots of sight seeing in the heat. The group went up Slioch to find a breeze and avoid midges.

Just back yesterday from our vacation in Scotland. Our week long trek was fabulous! The accommodations you booked for us were wonderful. Richard, our guide was outstanding. He was so accommodating, extremely patient and so knowledgeable about everything. He was really terrific. We couldn't have asked for a better week weather wise as well! Not sure if you had anything to do with that! Thanks again Jon! Worth every penny! Cheers! Tracy
Hi Sandy/John This is a very late correspondence which I apologise for the delay in contacting you. Myself & husband, Willie, were part of a private group your company took on a hillwalking trip to Torridon in July. The main contact being Anne Mc. I just wanted to give you some feedback on the trip, from our point of view, it went completely out of my head at the time! We had a great time, Our guide, Richard, was excellent, very informative & knowledgable, keeping in touch with the groups needs. He was very accommodating with our transport needs & literally ferried us about the whole week very obligingly.
The hotel & B&B were excellent both in location & service. The food was of a very high standard & we particularly liked dining out at different restaurants at the B&B. We also particularly liked Evelyn from the B&B, found her the perfect landlady, friendly, chatty & going the extra mile to make guests happy. Perhaps the only downside was due to the unusually extreme heat we had which made the hillwalks particularly tiring for our group. We felt the grading of walks as moderate a little challenging for our group & in hindsight maybe a down day somewhere in the middle would have been appreciated. We realise this is only our interpretation & indeed Richard modified the walks on a daily basis so there was no problem.
Again I apologise for lateness of this but would like to thank you for a very enjoyable trip & assure you we would definitely recommend your company to friends for further trips.
